Yo, Yo, We Back!

OK, so I am back. It has been awhile since I have posted, but I will try to keep this updated. So since last posting Jason has been laid off (going on five weeks now!!!). Who would have thought that a POLICE OFFICER would be laid off, but it happens and we are rolling with it! Sam and Mary are getting big!! How time flies! They are now in twin beds, seems like only yesterday they were sleeping in cribs. And they keep us laughing all the time!!! Until next time...

WhooHoo We Have Part of the Weekend!

Some of you might not know that since Sam and Mary's birth Jason has been in law enforcement. And with law enforcement means working weekends. And as I found out through the FOP Auxiliary, shortly after Jason joined the world of law enforcement, it means working weekends on the average about 10 years!! This is not one of my favorite parts of law enforcement life. If I didn't know for a fact that he LOVES his job I would have complained about it much more. But now I don't have to... some changes have happened to the way shifts are formed this year and when Jason went to bid board... we got a piece of the weekend! Jason will now have Sunday, Monday and Tuesday's off! I could not be happier!

Here we go...

OK, so it seems everyone is doing this blogging thing, so figured we might as well give it a try too! We'll see how it goes. What's the worst that could happen...
